Freshening Up the House With Spring Decor

This weekend I had the urge to rid my home of all things winter and start freshening up my home with spring decor! The weather here was absolutely gorgeous and the kids were even outside riding bikes! So I finally put away my little evergreen trees and decided to switch up my mantel, hutch, and entry way.

First, I used a mix of real and faux greenery, but the live plants are my current favourites for spring. Recently, I ordered these faux tulips that are supposed to look and feel very real. Our local Home Depot and Sobey’s grocery store had some awesome plants in stock the other day. So of course, I picked up a snake plant and a baby fiddle leaf fig tree. Fresh greenery is makes the perfect spring decor!

I also found some cute pots at Dollarama for just a few dollars, which was a steal! Aren’t they cute?
