It’s back to school for my kiddos next week, and with my two older kids in school, now I am thinking about ways to stay organized and on top of things this year. I bought myself a planner at HomeSense a couple weeks ago, and I’ve been wanting to tackle a special project in our back entry that will help the kids stay organized. Of course when I start to organize, I’m also thinking about decorating, so I rounded up some of my favourite fall finds to share with you today!

This birch candle holder is made of cement, but looks so realistic! They come in various sizes, and I think would be gorgeous for a fall table centerpiece, or on display on a console table or piano.
With back to school time here, it’s important to have a place to hang those backpacks and coats. I’ve had an idea for a DIY coat rack for a while now, but still haven’t started on it, so this ready-made one might be a better option! This rustic coat rack is just the thing to help a family stay organized!
This plaid fleece and sherpa throw blanket looks so cozy! I love to curl up on the couch by the fireplace with a good book in the fall (or anytime of year!)
This blue camper mug would be perfect for hot chocolate or coffee to warm up on a cool fall evening.
This galvanized pitcher is a versatile container for displaying branches or florals all year long. I love how galvanized metal always has a vintage farmhouse feel to it.These olive branches are my favourite greenery for fall, but I love that they could be used year-round. They would be beautiful in a vase or in the galvanized pitcher that I mentioned above!
These navy striped pillow covers would work perfect with my favourite feather Ikea pillow inserts. They would look great on a bench in the entry way, chairs on the front porch, or to toss on the living room couch for some added fall coziness.
These leaf pillow covers are also adorable! I love when pillow covers come in a set of two!
I’ve been searching for a cute chalkboard calendar for a while now, and this one looks perfect for keeping track of the kids’ school days and extracurricular activities. I like to keep track of long term plans in a notebook planner, but the current month’s activities I need written on a calendar for quick reference when I’m rushing out the door (which is pretty much every day!)
I recently bought a cute planner at Home Sense, and this similar floral planner is great for keeping track of everything! I’ve been wanting to do some meal planning, and I think a planner is the perfect way to keep on top of it!
Thanks for reading and following along today! What do you think of some of my fall finds? Were there any favourites that caught your eye? Just for stopping by today, I created this FREE PUMPKIN PRINTABLE that you can print and frame!

Hi Kelly! Aren’t those birch candle holders cute? I love them too! I saw some in a cute home decor store on my holidays this spring and almost bought them. I walked out with shelf brackets instead, so my budget was spent!

Love all your finds. I have a little olive tree that I totally love.
I am looking for small sprigs of lamb’s ear. I have seen it used everywhere
on IG. Haven’t seen any at Michael’s so far.

Hi Pamela! If you find some good lamb’s ear please let me know! I’ve been looking also but couldn’t find any that were well-rated online. I’ll keep my eye’s peeled too! 🙂
